When Don is arrested for crimes he didn’t commit – including treason – he finally learns the truth about his identity. He is Izayik Delaren, the long-lost heir to the throne of Aldrin.
But Aldrin is infested with the undead. And the current king will do anything to keep Izayik from reclaiming his throne. With danger lurking around every corner, Izayik must turn to the past in order to save the future of his people…
Or die trying.
What are people saying about Fatal Heir?
I read the first chapter and boom, I got the creeps and knew I was in for an ride. It is crafted for a younger age group and I am an old man, but I totally enjoyed the twists and scares on levels that seem to unfold deeper and deeper. I love really far out fantasy and good old fashioned horror. This author is incredibly gifted with knitting the characters as the puzzle unfolds. I wouldn’t recommend this to grandma although I’m a great-grandpa. I’ve been marinated on thrillers and sci-fi most of my life and I truthfully enjoyed this tale as well as anything i’ve read. First time author??? crazy good. Hope to see a #2 soon.James E.
This book is captivating, I could not put it down. Each chapter unveils something new and interesting, I had to keep going to find out what was going to happen next. It was funny and scary at the same time. I seriously hope they make a movie out of this Book some day!Leslie B.
I’m not a zombie fan, but this is one walking dead book that I’ve read 3 times already. I enjoyed the fun, lively characters who make up a well rounded group. The book is well written, with believable characters who act their age and according to their life experience. I also enjoyed how the author drops hints throughout the story so the reader can figure out the mystery, but makes sure to clearly explain what actually did transpire. I’m hoping there is a sequel soon!Kayli B.
This book was like none other I have ever read. The world was unusual and dark. There were many different things that were deadly to those who lived there. The protagonist was young and made mistakes. The friends were dependable but mortal in most cases. I can’t wait to find out what happens next!Sandra H.
